PJ was very patient in explaining the different options for addressing several lintel repairs/replacement, re-setting limestone caps with a proper drip edge, and replacing expansion joints in language that I could understand. We debated the scope of work we were prepared to do this year, and he updated our quote a couple of times, and also helped us plan which areas we could get by with waiting on and watching over the next year, documenting photos for future reference.
